This bread is nice and soft, but it is slightly “chewy.” I don’t mind it at all and think it is much less chewy compared to Thin Slim brand bread.

The bread and bagels were ok, too chewy and not super great tasting, but if you're really craving some type of bread, this could help. I really tried to be as objective as I could considering I have a gluten sensitivity. My family doesn't eat keto as I do, but they do eat what I cook and if it's a full keto dish then they eat it.
